IglaOTS.pl Terms and Conditions
§1 General provisions
Each user, is obliged to familiarize himself with these rules. Ignorance of these rules will not be a reason for reduction or cancellation of punishment in case of violation.
By creating an account, using it, staying on the server Discord, users confirm that they have read the rules and accept them.
The administration reserves the right to change the rules at any time. Changes are effective from the date of their announcement on iglaots.net.
The administration reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block a player without giving a reason.
Users are solely responsible, for the content they post, the administration reserves the right to moderate it.
Accounts are the property of the IglaOTS Administration, and players are only their users and cannot claim rights to them.
The Administration reserves the right to delete accounts of inactive users for more than 30 days without the user's consent, in which case the funds as well as items accumulated on the account are irretrievably lost.
§2 Publishing content
1. Prohibited character names
Player's name may not violate any third party's rights, violate the law, contain prohibited content, impersonate users or administration, as well as encourage violation of the rules or decency.
2. Prohibited content and behavior
The following content and behavior is prohibited:
Promoting piracy, uploading pornographic, racist, homophobic, law-breaking content, violating the rules or good manners.
Provoking arguments, fomenting a hostile atmosphere, spamming, encouraging activities that violate the rules.
Attempting to obtain personal information of other players or administration, dissemination of private correspondence, data allowing identification of other users or administration.
Impersonating other users as well as the administration, as well as entering into the competence of the administration.
Intentionally misleading the administration by providing false information.
Disseminating false information about the administration or the server, acting to its detriment.
§3 Behavior in the game
In addition to published content, users are also responsible for their in-game behavior.
1. Use of unauthorized software
The use of software designed to simulate the actions of a player in his absence, is prohibited. An exception to this rule is mlvl/mana training in places designated for this (houses, depo, trainers). The use of this type of software for other purposes (for example, collecting "charm points", "magic shooter", "Follow others character to KS" etc.), is prohibited.
The administration is not responsible for the player's losses resulting from the fact that he uses illegal software. Remember that in case of getting caught, we ban all your accounts, even those on which the characters did not use it.
2. Dissemination of errors and bugs
It is forbidden for players to exploit bugs in the game, the discovery of a bug should be immediately reported to the Administration.
It is forbidden to encourage violations of the rules, as well as to disseminate information about errors in order to exploit them by players.
Having information about the bug, but not reporting it, is tantamount to exploitation of the bug.
The Administration will make every effort to remove reported bugs as soon as possible
3. Hindering the game
It is forbidden to abuse non-PVP game mechanics in order to harass other players, preventing their progress in the game (blocking access to expansions, quests).
4. Using MC
Using multiple clients is prohibited, the only exception from the rule is using MC for the other characters to train on trainers or training dummies.
5. Disrupting the work of the server.
It is forbidden to ping other users, attacks on the Server aimed at preventing the game.
4. Appeals
Users have an appeal route available by contacting using the ticket system on Discord IglaOTS.
§4 Access to the game
1. Connection to the game
Administration is not responsible for problems with the connection to the game, but will make every effort to solve the problem as soon as possible.
2. Recompensation
In the event of a game crash, compensation is possible, but not mandatory, each time the administration will inform players of this type of situation.
§5 Trade
1. Selling characters
The sale of characters is carried out through the use of - Char Bazaar.
It is forbidden to sell characters / items in the game for other means of payment than those available in the game. (RTM - real money trading).
2. TC exchange between players
Selling Igla Coins for real tibia coins, tibia coins on another server, real currency, cryptocurrency etc. is completely prohibited.
§6 Discord
1. Discord Rules
The overriding rules for the server Discord IglaOTS are these rules, users joining, staying on Discord, confirm that they have read and accept the terms and conditions.
The administration reserves the right to block a character in the game in case of violation of the rules of Discord IglaOTS as well as to block Discord in case of repeated violation of the rules of the game.
§7 Ticket System
1. Submiting Tickets
Requests addressed directly to the administration should be processed through the Ticket system available on Discord. Reports outside the dedicated system will not be considered, and users will be directed to create a ticket.
2. Bug Hunt Program
Users, through the ticket system, can participate in the Bug Hunt Program by reporting bugs they find to the administration.
For users involved in improving the activities of the server, compensation is provided in the form of receiving an increase in account Loyalty.
The amount of the reward, will be determined each time on the basis of the notification received from the player.
§8 Penalties
1. Imposition of penalties
If a user breaks the rules, a penalty will be imposed on him.

§9 Payments
1. Payments
The purchase of premium points / paid service is voluntary.
Purchased points can be exchanged for bonus in-game items through a dedicated store in the game client.
Once the payment is credited, the points, will be automatically credited to the user's account.
By purchasing a paid service, the user confirms that he/she is aware of the fact that he/she may lose memberships or privileges obtained through the service in the event of loss of access to the account resulting from a breach of the rules, as well as events from the game world.
Making payment involves the automatic realization of the digital service provided at a distance, so that the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply.
2. Returns
The administration is not responsible for incorrectly made transfers.
Users are entitled for a full refund within 3 days from the purchase, only if the points on the account were not yet used. Additionaly the money return results in the permanent account suspension.
In case of loss of access to the account, resulting from violation of the rules, inactivity, players waive the right to claim a refund of invested funds.
3. Chargebacks
In case of application of Chargeback by players, the administration reserves the right to block the user's account.
4. Additional information
The administration is not responsible for badly executed transfers.
